Enhanced heat transfer research in liquid-cooled channel based on piezoelectric vibrating cantilever

In order to study the variation of vortices and heat transfer enhancement characteristics piezoelectric vibrating cantilever in liquid-cooled channels, effects fluid density viscosity, mainstream velocity, excitation voltage on were analyzed. The theoretical numerical simulation was carried out by using fluid-solid coupling method. On basis hydrodynamic function considering additional effect liquid viscosity vibrator, vortex structure vibrator analyzed panel method free-wake model. It is found that larger liquid, smaller shedding strength radius core. easier fully develop generated excitation. increase flow velocity beneficial development vorticity intensity. Compared with more conducive structure, then make it mix hot cold fluids, thus enhancing transfer.
